More than 3,000 core production installations in foundries around the world stand for carefully thought-out engineering and design, which has pioneered many innovative solutions in foundry technology.

Since June 2005, Joachim Laempe has a new partner: Werner Mössner. They have entered into a strategic partnership and are now running the group jointly under the name “Laempe & Mössner GmbH”.

As a result of its outstanding amount of export, Laempe & Mössner has been awarded as “Company of the Month” by the Ministry of Economics in Saxony-Anhalt in July 2006.

Laempe & Mössner GmbH has been founded by Dipl.-Ing. Joachim Laempe 25 years ago and is represented with 2 plants in Germany as well as with partners all over the world.

Vehicle manufacturers like Peugeot, Citroën, BMW, VW, Ford, Mazda and Toyota, armature manufacturers and jobbing foundries all work with Laempe core making systems. Laempe is the only supplier in the world who provides complete solutions. Its core production centres stand for reliability, durability, artful detail solutions and effective service. Peripheral equipment like sand mixers, gas generators, core processing and conveyor systems extend the product palette, as do the robots for core removal and assembly, as well as the LCC casting cleaning centre. In this way it accommodated the market in its ever-increasing demands for automation.

Laempe & Mössner GmbH employs approximately 300 people world-wide. At the head office in Schopfheim, in the 'think-tank', development and research are carried out, while production and assembly take place in Meitzendorf.
