Meitzendorf, 30.06.2025 - Laempe Mössner Sinto GmbH recently handed over two self-made fire bowls to the municipality of Barleben. Mayor Frank Nase personally accepted the approximately 140-centimeter bowls in Meitzendorf.
The idea came from leftover material from an earlier project that was originally intended to be scrapped. Instead, our employees took the opportunity to get creative, developed various suggestions and ultimately decided to make the fire bowls. These were implemented independently and also strengthened team spirit and manual skills.
"The project shows how leftover material can be turned into a contribution to the community through personal initiative. At the same time, it was a welcome change from everyday working life," emphasizes Thomas Probian, Head of Purchasing & Materials Management.
In future, the fire bowls will be used as atmospheric meeting points at events and festivals in the Barleben community. We are delighted to be able to make a contribution to community life in this way.
